So here's the nitty gritty on our free email service. Because it is free (to us) - we can't afford to support tens of thousands of users (which we now have), we use everyone.net

So we have to play by their rules. (sorry).

If you do not log into your account for 30 days or so, it will automatically go into suspend mode. Or, if you sent out tons of emails in a rapid fire fashion, or send a suspicious file, they will also suspend you.

Fill out the form on the page, and make sure to say you are a happyhippie.com email member and ask to be reinstated.

They will sometimes disable accounts if they are being used for spam. You're on your own if you're doing that.

They also have a 'pay per incident' service now which may help speed up your account activation.

Again, we do not profit from this service, nor do we have much control.
